Advanced Equipment for Efficient FIBC Manufacturing

Dedicated to manufacturing of flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBCs), Yantai Hengchang Packaging Co., Ltd. is a leading enterprise in China's FIBC industry.We operate two state-of-the-art FIBC production facilities and over twenty processing sites, spanning a total factory area of nearly 30,000 square meters and our team consists of more than 200 skilled workers. Hengchang Packaging heavily invests in energy-efficient and environmentally friendly production equipment with advanced technology, including three extrusion lines, over three hundred circular knitting machines, and a combined total of over three hundred single & double-needle sewing machines. We are also equipped with cutting-edge domestic L-type cutting and dyeing machines, computerized sewing machines, product quality tracking system, and a full range of secondary processing equipment such as coating machines and printing devices. Our annual production capacity reaches 800,000 units for high-end FIBCs and 3 million units for standard FIBCs.
