At Hengchang Packaging's production facility, each worker’s dedicated process QR code tracks every step from sewing to final inspection of bulk bags. For instance, in the weaving stage, workers focus solely on a single process, with the precision and quality of their operations linked in real time to the system database via QR code scans. If a customer reports issues like loose threads or seam deviations in a specific batch of bulk bags, the quality control team can swiftly pinpoint the responsible worker and process, reducing traceability time by over 90%.

"Our workers may not have advanced degrees, but the ‘accountability-to-individual’ mechanism drives them to perfect every process. While they might not master complex technology, their proficiency in assigned tasks rivals automated equipment," said Director Wang, the production supervisor.

This system has not only addressed employment issues in Shijing Town but also significantly reduced labor costs （compared to urban areas）, while maintaining a product quality rate of over 99.2%—far exceeding the 97% benchmark of traditional factories.
